Preparation of the material
First, we choose each component that will be used on the board and thus, we prepare the material for assembly.
Assembly in SMD
If the assembly is SMD, we apply weld paste to the pad’s or adhesives and start the assembly using an insertion machine, known as pick and place. Finally, we re-melt the weld paste or cure the adhesive using an oven.
Assembly in PTH
When assembling in PTH, we manually insert the components, based on a balance to optimize the process. In large volumes it can also be done through automatic machines.
Welding Review
In this step we carry out the checking of the welds to guarantee the quality of the product. All details are carefully checked in order to deliver the best result.
Product Testing
Falcon has an area dedicated to the functional testing of products, according to the customer’s needs. Offering the necessary equipment and a specialized team. Contributing to the development of test jigs, ensuring top quality product to the customer.

Coating / Varnish and Box Building Application
If necessary, we also apply the coating to some equipment. This allows the product to be protected in humid environments, exposed to dust, corrosives and heat, among others. If necessary, it is also possible to do box building, which is about aggregates on electronic boards. It can integrate items of wiring, mechanics or any item that is specific to your product.
Packing and Shipping
Finally, packaging and shipping. For each product, we evaluate the appropriate packaging, whether we use antistatic material, which model of box and even the way the plate should be packed. All this so that the final product is delivered in the best possible way.
